Shipping availability

Enter the intended delivery address in checkout to see the destinations, services, and charges available for your cart. Make sure all address fields and recipient details are complete and correct before authorizing the order.

How the estimate is divided

Allow about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization for processing. When the order leaves for delivery, the estimated transit period is 4–6 business days. These are separate periods and exclude weekends plus applicable holidays. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Following the parcel

We share tracking details as shipment information becomes available, although carrier activity may not appear immediately. For unusual delays, loss, a delivered scan without a parcel, or shipping damage, contact phuongninh62337@gmail.com. Identify the order and checkout email, provide the tracking number, and include relevant photographs. Retaining packaging, contents, and components helps us review the issue with the delivery record.
